This could be your first role as the Office Manager or you already have experience

Ensuring that the company and its employees are able to conduct daily operations effectively and comfortably
Providing your co-workers with the necessary working supplies and organizing purchases
Booking transport and accommodation
Coordinating the administrative functions for different departments, such as accounting
Assisting with HR tasks including interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training and performance evaluations, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records
Helping out the Marketing department with their daily tasks, such as company merchandise
Communicating with different departments and providers
Greeting visitors and handling their inquiries
Planning and organizing fun and creative company events
