Main responsibilities:

Marketing
• To segment the Country portfolio and develop a commercial and marketing strategy for each segment
• To participate in developing strategic/marketing/launch and implementation plans for local products, set objectives, and propose a budget
• To prepare proposals and elaborate local product promotion actions by ensuring appropriate promotional channels and materials
• To establish and maintain good professional relations with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• To be responsible for country and marketing budget planning and execution
Field force Leadership:
• To monitor and ensure achievement of objectives, the company defined KPI`s and action plans of the work cycle of the Medical Representatives and Key Account Managers
• To provide product training and proactive support to field force, conduct double visits regularly, and effectively manage KOLs
Market Access tasks:
• Ensure listing with payers (SFs, MOH, tenders, hospitals, etc.)
• Monitoring and exchanging market pricing info with HQs and ensuring timely submission of pricing accordingly to guidance and in line with country legislation to support reaching objectives

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Management, economics, or similar (e.g. medical with proven managerial background, etc.)
• Preferred previous at least 3 – 5 years experience in Marketing lead and/or Sales and Field force management role
• IT knowledge (MS Office programs), excellent Estonian knowledge, a proficient level of English language for written and oral communication, Russian language knowledge optional
• Customer service commitment, interpersonal skills, great presentation skills of building partnerships, teamwork-oriented
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with changing demands
• Valid B category driving license
• Passion for customers, strategical thinking, performance-driven, people and organization development skills, team leader, ability to work independently
