We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to our Customer Support Team in Tallinn.

As one of our Customer Support Specialists you have a big responsibility in taking care of our customers and ensuring that their customer experience is great. Our working environment is very dynamic and you need to be prepared to adapt fast to new knowledge and new ways of working. As you will be in direct contact with our customers you need to be a good communicator. We are looking for people who are fluent in Estonian and Russian language.

Our company language is English, knowledge in other additional languages is an advantage. Previous experience from customer support, sales, gambling industry and online business are advantages. Most important though is that you have the right service attitude, customer focus and are willing to learn new things.
