Are you passionate about creating and maintaining guarantee programs for corporate customers in Baltic states?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Take responsibility for setting up guarantee and/or sales support programs in co-operation with Baltic States and/or European Union institutions in order to support Swedbank group products for corporate customers;
- Create, maintain and develop positive and commercially useful relationships with guarantee program providers and internal counterparties;
- Organize and manage internal processes that influence guarantee and/or sales support programs (including reporting, capital requirements, sales support);
- Manage, inspire and lead direct subordinates (3 persons) in order to meet settled targets and activities.
What is needed in this role:
- Higher Education (preferably in the field of economy or finance);
- Quick thinking and ability to comprehend complex topics;
- Strategic mind-set combined with good networking and interpersonal skills;
- High degree of stress tolerance combined with high level of motivation and perseverance;
- Influencing and negotiating skills;
- Business acumen and strong orientation to achieve results;
- Previous experience of co-operating with financial or public institutions and/or managing large scale projects;
- Leadership skills both for direct (3 persons) and matrix teams (all Baltic Swedbank corporate segment).

If you are to be employed in Latvia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 3300-4900 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 3750-5650 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
