We're now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Training Coordinator for our Starship team in Tallinn. If you feel driven to develop educational materials for the Customer Support team and find the best way to orchestrate training, we're waiting for you in Starship!

In this job role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility for creating and improving the training program
  • Following and understanding team training needs
  • Analyzing and sharing Training data to Head of CS and CS/MS leads
  • Using known education principles and staying up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  • Gathering feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
  • Delegating and organizing training tasks to trainers

We're looking for a person who:

  • Has previous experience in Customer Support & Training (mandatory)
  • Able to communicate successfully with management and other departments
  • Able to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Is Growth-oriented
  • Is a Team Player
  • Has excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Is familiar with Confluence, Slack, Zendesk, Workramp, Engagedly (would be a bonus)
