What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in working in an international company with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience with implementing financial / consolidation systems
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
- Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger, and month-end / year-end close process
- Flexibility and ability to handle change in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethics, integrity and honesty - Excellent command of English
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting / finance operational functions including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
- Coordinating the budget process, internal and external financial statements, activities of external auditors
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
- Ensure that multiple currencies are risk adjusted
- Hiring, training, retaining and managing skilled finance team
