- Understanding how hardware and electronics works
- Strong communication skills
- Good command in Estonian and English. Russian is a plus

Area of responsibilities
- Provide technical support for incoming queries form internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot computer, printers, peripherals, and mobile equipment related problems
- Assist customers remotely and/or on-site for maintenance and events support
- Contribute to the shared knowledge of the team by creating valuable instructions

Piletilevi was founded in 1997 to arrange ticket sales for the Michael Jackson concert in Tallinn. Today Piletilevi is the largest ticket selling network in Estonia, providing ticket sales to all kinds of events starting from the largest to smallest events, theatre shows, festivals, sport events and much more.
We make ticket purchasing simple and easy providing sales all over the world on our online selling network and from 200 sales points all over Estonia (Circle-K, Selver, Rimi, culture points etc). Piletilevi also sells gift cards of many different organisations.
Our office is located in Tallinn, Telliskivi district (Creative City/Loomelinnak).
