Your main tasks are related to customer support by processing customer data in various digital environments. You will succeed as a Business Services Specialist if you are:

• comfortable in customer relations area;
• fluent in written and spoken English, with good communication skills;
• open to innovative work environment, interested in improving your work processes and willing to participate in related activities;
• able to learn new programs and navigate easily through information;
• a true team player who can involve others, provide support when needed and take responsibility for own tasks.

We consider it an advantage if you have relevant experience or education and you understand Finnish. However, we appreciate a positive mindset and this position can be a starting point for your career as well!
