Who are we

Huppa is a Nordic active wear and apparel fashion brand with business development team located in Estonia. Over the last 20 years we were developing our know how in a complex industry of technological active wear for babies and children with ultimate goal to keep them warm, safe and happy through our products. Recently we launched our collection of men/women clothing so that the whole family could enjoy all the outdoor activities no matter the weather conditions.

What we need

Now we want to push forward towards entry into the new markets and we are looking forward for You to help us to grow our presence on international markets.

You will be responsible for all digital marketing activities across all new markets we penetrate (first comes Scandinavia and then all countries where climate requires people to protect themselves from harsh conditions), while strengthening marketing activities on the existing markets.

We are searching for a pro in digital and growth marketing, a true maker and analytical executor with a proven history of finding scalable solutions.

What will you do:
• You will be responsible for the development and execution of the digital strategy across all channels including (but not limited to) paid advertising (mainly Google, FB), social media, content, email, affiliate, referral, SEO
• Plan and manage full-cycle execution of campaigns. You can choose external partners that you need in order to reach your goals
• Find scalable channels and own user acquisition through our and partners online stores
• Manage a digital marketing budget that maintains growth, while staying practical and choosing only those tools and channels that give the highest ROI
• Constant experimentation. A/B testing and improvement based on learnings across channels, and objectives
• Ensure proper tracking and automation as well as performance analysis and reporting;

What we’re looking for in ideal candidate:
• Hands on executor with proven track record of 3+ years of successful delivery of growth digital marketing in rapidly growing B2C e-commerce companies / start ups (prefreably in Fashion or FMCG sector) with active sales on Scandinavian and Western European markets. US/Canada markets experience is a material plus
• Skills that cover all digital marketing subjects described above
• Great English and Estonian language skills, Russian language would be a substantial plus. Any knowledge of Scandinavian languages ( Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian) will add up to your Karma level
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing particularities, analytics and tools
• Ability to execute digital campaigns end to end without performance agencies. The more you can do independently the better, but you may have external resources for tech, design, creative, copy, content and more
• Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset to use data that could be translated into actionable plans and keep focus on essentials for most efficient impact
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders in crossfunctional teams
• Getting things done mindset - you can ensure that all projects move at max speed at any time
• Basic web development and design skills are a plus
