Tasks and responsibilities

Your area of responsibilities includes the following tasks:

• Planning purchases of direct and indirect materials;
• Registration of purchase orders;
• Operational support of supplies (tracking and coordination with the production of the delivery schedule of materials);
• Daily interaction with suppliers, internal warehouse service and other production units;
• Development of cooperation with designated suppliers in conjunction with the purchasing manager;
• Drawing up price requests and their analysis;
• Assistance to the purchasing manager in obtaining marketing information and its analysis;
• Reporting.

To be able to convey the tasks successfully we require appropriate education, like higher technical education. You are positive and open-minded as well as service minded, and you want to develop yourself. You are talented in problem solving and you have good communication skills. You are experienced purchaser and advanced user of Excel, you are good with ERP and fluent in English, have skills of project management, excellent communication and organizational skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility, openness, positive attitude.
