Playtech Site Operations team is looking for a bright-eyed & creative Office Assitant to join their team in Tartu.

We're looking for someone with a self-starter mentality and a keen interest in office operations and employee well-being areas!  

Your mission. You..
• Will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for employees and guests in the office
• Will be coordinating travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, etc.)
• Will be handling invoices and other documentation and ensure their compliance with our policies (it is beneficial if you've got experience with SAP)
• Will be contributing to team efforts by assisting with special projects (various company events, environmental initiatives etc
• Will help in managing vendor relationships and outsourced services

• Have a warm and welcoming personality and excellent communication skills
• Find joy in helping others and fulfillment in a fast-paced environment and non-standard situations
• Are quick, clever, and solution-oriented
• Are independent but understand the value of cooperation and open communication
• Have great knowledge of MS Office applications and are generally tech-savvy
• Enjoy working with numbers and have a keen eye for the tiniest details
• Have an excellent command of English and Estonian, both written and spoken to effectively communicate with our employees and external partners
• Have a B category driver’s license
