Finrax is a crypto payment gateway that enables institutional clients to accept cryptocurrency payments from their end-users (B2C), as well as, their suppliers and vendors (B2B).

Our clients can handle deposits and withdrawals in 17 cryptocurrencies without worrying about volatility, hidden fees, or unfair exchange rates. We also solve the hurdles around accounting and compliance so that you can run your business the traditional way.

Finrax is a licensed entity and as such it fully adheres to the AML/KYC requirements prescribed by the AML Act and FATF recommendations. Each business entity where Finrax does business needs to pass enhanced due diligence procedures prior to any business operations.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Account Manager consist of providing clients with ongoing training, support, and insight thereby establishing meaningful, strategic, and profitable relationships. The goal of the Account Manager is to retain and grow the business with our current client. This is done by ensuring that clients are optimally benefiting from the Finrax portfolio of products as well as identifying opportunities to increase the use of products and services offered by Finrax.

• Client Onboarding - Responsible for welcoming customers, clarifying customer needs, assisting with onboarding, and providing service according to Finrax customer service standards and procedures

• Client Relationship Management - Initiate frequent communication with your portfolio of accounts to learn about the client’s business, their goals and strategies, and their points of pain in order to identify opportunities to better leverage how the client works with Finrax. Understand the customer’s business needs in detail and align their needs with Finrax’s solutions to grow transactions and volume. Seek ways to foster account growth. 

• Support - Act as a single point of contact for the merchant and facilitate dialogue between them and the different departments in the product, compliance, operations, legal. Anticipate client needs, the challenges they face, and work with the internal team to develop action plans for addressing issues and ideas that drive innovation and best practices

• Process - Develop and constantly look for ways to improve the internal company processes. Challenge established norms and proactively seek improvements and better solutions. Capture and record customer information and progress into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and appropriate business systems

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience as an Account Manager in the B2B sector
• Passion for providing the best client experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to convey complex information in a clear, understandable way for the audience
• Dedicated, motivated, and confident personality
• Driven by personal achievements and accomplishments
• Fluency in English
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills & work ethic
• Ability to prioritize own workload and work with minimum supervision
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Higher education: Business management, Economy, or other would be an advantage
• Knowledge of payments, crypto or trading is an advantage
