What you need to succeed in the role:
To be a good and successful IT infrastructure and security manager you have :
- Successfully completed (or in acquisition) degree in a relevant subject (IT; Security; etc)
- At least 5 years of experience in IT and 2 years in managerial roles
- Good skills and hands-on experience in managing the projects
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) would be a huge bonus
- Strong IT skills including knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cloud services
As a person, you are highly self-driven, eager to take new challenges, and have a problem-solving attitude. You do have a thorough work ethic and attention to detail. You have very good communication skills, know how to communicate with different stakeholders, and are fluent in English.
What will be your challenge:
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic IT manager who will lead our IT security maturity to the next level. As IT infrastructure and security manager, you will:
- Be an advocate of IT security in our Tallinn Tech center
- Lead the local IT and security team, coordinate the tasks and projects
- Maintain the IT infrastructure in the best shape and up to date according to the changing environment
- Coordinate and act hands-on on implementing new IT security tools and procedures
- Implement, improve and document existing and new IT and security procedures
- Work in co-operation with other highly skilled IT security teams and stakeholders
