Requirements for candidates
- 2 years of experience in the marketing department,
- focus on the goal and quality, focus on completing the task on time,
- very good understanding of the marketing and sales funnel,
- perfect organization of work, independence and responsibility in the performance of entrusted duties, including work under time pressure,
- self-starter who takes initiative and ownership - you thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. You’re able to flex between strategic planning and detailed execution,
- the ability to think creatively,
- fluent command of English (written and spoken) and Estonian,
- super strong COMMUNICATOR; proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence is a definite plus,
- proficiency in marketing automation systems and concepts,
- familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Nice to have:
- experience in working in international environment,
- experience with strong B2B projects,
- experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
Job description
- independent implementation of marketing projects and coordination of the work of suppliers (internal and external),
- proactive verification of ongoing projects and optimization of marketing activities,
co-creation and implementation of a marketing action plan, creating and implementing content for B2C customers: presentations, webinars, expert articles, sales support mailings, - writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms,
- social media: active moderation of company profiles in social media: Facebook, instagram, Linkedin, co-creation of engaging content,
- conversion optimization at every stage to support sales: website content optimization, testing, customer communication process,
- direct cooperation with the Country Manager to ensure the realisation of the sales plan,
- market research - competition and the latest trends, and through gap analysis, develops a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes,
- reporting results, their analysis and drawing conclusions in order to implement improvements,
- acts as the Brand champion and advocate, both internally and in the marketplace,
- scans the environment for high-impact, high-leverage improvement and cross-companies collaboration opportunities.
