CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (PORTUGUESE, SPANISH)

What to do:

• Answer to incoming requests from customers via live chat and email;
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Experience & Skills:

• Intermediate+ level of Portuguese, Spanish and English;
• Work experience in support;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Excellent PC skills;
• Keep attention to detail;
• Readiness to work in evening and night shifts (remotely)
