Are you an experienced and ambitious Marketing Leader who is looking for a fresh and exciting challenge?

Cloudmore is a Swedish growth company with offices in Sweden, Estonia and the UK and today we help empower tens of thousands of companies and millions of users across the world.
We are now, fueled by our quick sales growth, expanding our teams across our international hubs and are therefore inviting applications from proactive and innovative Marketing Directors.
In this role you with have a high degree of autonomy to build a strong marketing function. You may be based near our Stockholm hub, collaborating with our sales and customer teams in Belfast as well as with the product teams in Sweden and Estonia.
As a marketing director / VP you are a member of the operational management team and reports directly to the CEO.
The Marketing Director is responsible for:
- Creating the global marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving awarenes and sales growth.
- Working hand in glove with the sales and product teams, supporting market research, persona development, campaigns and communications in existing and new vertical markets.
- Taking ownership of the business’ reputation and recognition, including PR and communications, ensuring quality and consistency across the brand, messaging, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials.
- Building and supervising the marketing department.
- Managing the Cloudmore brand.
- Monitoring and managing online channels.
- Preparing and managing the budgets for the marketing function.
- Monitoring progress and submit performance reports.
- Conducting general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
What we expect
- Have proven experience as Marketing Director, ideally within an international high growth organization and with a B2B SaaS background.
- Have a strong track record of delivering growth through innovative marketing initiatives across many marketing channels.
- Have excellent leadership and organizing skills with experience of building a high performing marketing team.

- Be an analytical and creative thinker with a data driven approach.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be fluent in the English language.
- Be up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
