Payroll Specialist - Human Resources

We offer a fixed term contract until the end of June 2022.

Your responsibilities
• Ensures execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
• Performance of general accounting, payroll and HR administration tasks.
• Delivers HR Service support to HR community, managers and employees.
• Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers.
• Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed.
• Recording employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool). Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Service.
• Prepares information and documents for external authorities and partners (social security, income tax, etc.).

Your background
• Previous work experience in payroll accounting or financial data entry or you hold a similar university degree
• Experience in an international company with matrix organization preferred
• Experience working in a Shared Service Center is a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• A good eye for details and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability
• Proficiency in English and Estonian
