Responsibilities:

• Management and solving all administrative, financial and economic issues related to the activities of the branch
• Development and implementation of long-term development plans for the branch together with Business development, Outsourcing and Recruitment Department Heads.
• Execute Delivered Sales Plan
• Customer Service (Developing and Maintaining Business Relationships)
• Market Analysis, Customer Segmentation
• Preparation of commercial proposals, calculation of project profitability and cost of work for the client, negotiation and presentations
• Sale of the company's services or its individual components (outsourcing)
• Development of the customer base (attracting new customers)
• Preparation of customer engagement events, participation in conferences with potential partners, clients
• Preparation and submission of reports (at the request of client or senior management)
• Timely and correct entry of information into internal systems of the company
• Participation in tenders

Requirements:

• Skills of budget preparation and management
• Experience in sales of services to corporate customers from 2-3 years
• Experience of communication and negotiation at the level of first persons of companies/structural subdivisions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to find an individual approach
• Ability to qualitatively identify customer needs and offer effective solutions
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and stress tolerance
• Ready for Teamwork
• The advantage will be experience in personnel agency/consulting, understanding of recruitment and outsourcing processes
