Senior IT Supplier Manager

Role description

Our IT Supplier Management Unit is looking for an experienced and open-minded IT Supplier Manager, who will take care of IT supplier agreements and portfolio management. Responsibilities:

• Support new contract negotiations and prepare renewals for existing contracts in line with established procurement procedures
• Manage supplier risk – together with Procurement department perform assessment of the suppliers to ensure that they are complying with all necessary obligation
• Drive and lead IT supplier performance reviews, overseeing development and implementation of improvement plans
• Contribute to overall IT category management to ensure cost effectively deliveries and identify rationalization and savings opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle process of Agreement Change from development through to execution
• Support IT Agreement Owners in agreement development
• Manage overall compliance for specific Agreement with contractual terms and condition

Skills and experience:

• Solid experience in supplier management and large scale of IT outsourcing contracts
• A knowledge of IT supplier management best practices and processes
• Good communication skills
• Readiness to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good understanding of pan-Baltic IT supplier market
• Openness to new approaches and alternative means in order to accomplish results despite setbacks
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT delivery targets
