This is the time full of new opportunities and chances to stand up and bring out the best in you! Being part of the pan-Baltic organization, Process and Tools Department, Performance management and analysis unit is looking for a talented colleague to join our highly motivated and ambitious team. 

The aim of this role is to monitor business performance, identify and escalate performance gaps where needed, constantly follow up and compare results to the Retail KPIs.

Performance Analyst will be giving input to setting sales plans for the frontline, follow up and analysis of sales plans, give input to regular reports and strategical business plans. In addition, ensuring Retail projects and programs performance management will also be one of the key responsibilities for this role. Performance analyst reports directly to the Performance Management Unit Manager. 


Responsibilities:

  • Analyse performance trends and development against the plan
  • Create, maintain and optimize performance dashboards
  • Provide high quality regular reports
  • Identify and escalate performance gaps
  • Contribute to regular business performance reviews
  • Ensure Retail project and program performance management
  • Participate in creating Business plans and other strategical plans
  • Contribute to setting KPIs for Retail projects and programs
  • Perform resource utilization calculations and analysis


Skills and experience:

  • Experience in sales analysis, planning and control
  • Understanding of Retail banking processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large amount of data
  • Ability to simplify complex solutions
  • Fluent in English both (spoken and written communication)
  • Readiness to show initiative and take full ownership
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders in other business units
  • Capability to work simultaneously with several stakeholders
  • Ability to execute tasks both individually and in teams
