Purchase and Logistics Coordinator
To support its rapid expansion, Xfly is looking for additional Logistics personnel. In addition to communication with suppliers and forwarders, this role works closely with the Engineering and Maintenance departments, supporting their logistics and procurement needs, as well as the finance department for accurate accounting of inventory and adherence to budgets.
Main Tasks:
- Work closely with the Engineering and Maintenance departments to support with logistic and procurement needs aligned with both short- and long-term aircraft maintenance planning including but not limited to components, tooling and contracts for services.
- Be part of ensuring the airworthiness of the aircraft Operated by Xfly.
- Handle all logistics functions in maintenance and logistics tracking system.
- Provide efficient and effective logistics solutions that meet Regulatory requirements.
- Source parts, expendables, consumables in the market based on cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Ensure that all repairs are managed in a timely manner by our maintenance providers – communication with the vendor to keep the deadlines.
- Make sure that the best transport option is chosen depending on the order requirement.
- Maintain strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure supply of materials.
- Proper analysis of fast-moving items and stock replenishment.
- Periodical supplier evaluation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiatives and manage projects is an advantage.
- Previous experience in purchasing or logistics is preferred.
- Eligible to live and work in EU.
