About You

• Preferred previous experience as an IT Administrator or Support Engineer in a high-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Servers, Networks and Databases preferred
• Experience with Okta and Gsuite is essential
• Experience supporting Apple OS X and Windows 10 is essential
• Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
• Knowledge of Cloud environments would be desirable
• Self motivated and able to work autonomously
• Creative problem solving skills, with good attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer focussed technical support to our local and branch users, on a mix of Windows and Mac devices
• Primary processing, settlement and / or delegation of tickets related to CKO Freshservice Tallinn office
• Support and administer a wide range of market leading SAAS apps, such as Jamf, Atlassian, Google Workspace and Okta
• Partnered with our People Experience team, to maintain the office technology including Zoom Rooms, WiFi and digital signage
• Managing the local inventory, ensuring all items are recorded and removed if needed
• Equipment selection for purchasing (monitors, TV’s, mouses etc.), installation or installation arrangement
• Capable of researching and finding solutions to various application reoccurring issues
• Act as a point of resource for everything technology
• Regular inspection of the infrastructure and equipment required for the operation of the Tallinn office (screens / cameras)
• CKO onboarding support, solving employees problems and helping new people to get started. Ensuring access is provided and holding inductions
