What you'll be doing:
• Work with Product, Developers and QA to understand and successfully execute Product Roadmaps
• Participate in all phases of the iterative development cycle, including grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives
• Help define, estimate and commit to a development plan
• Improve the quality of all solutions by actively participating in the testing process through unit testing and bug fixes
• Resolve cross-team dependencies/issues, always looking for ways to improve
• Ensure adherence to standards and proper implementation
• Remain up to date in emerging trends in software development, advocating for their adoption where and when appropriate
• Evaluate new, cutting-edge technologies and methodologies through further education and proof of concepts
• Ensure appropriate coverage of automated tests, including unit tests, integration tests, coded UI tests and UI tests, is introduced for all new code
• Listen to others, encouraging and accepting input from all team members

What you bring to the role:
• 3+ years of professional development experience
• Strong skills in PHP, Angular and Node JS
• Good understanding of Client/Server and multi-tier application architecture and development
• Confident in your ability to develop, query, and troubleshoot Relational Databases in a high-volume, large data environment
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
• Experience with RESTful Services


Qualifications that are an added bonus:
• Education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, or an equivalent field
• Experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud-based computing is an asset
