HR Manager

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Specialist
• Higher education in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and employment law
• Fluency in English is required; Russian is beneficial
• Good computer skills

• Manages employment relations and related documents.
• Arranges recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Takes care of internal communication.
• Creates processes that support organizational culture and employees’ motivation.
• Identifies training needs and contributes to the creation of training programs.
• Coordinates adherence to occupational safety regulations.
• Takes care of Workday implementation (partially live already).
• Contributes to the development and implementation of Caverion’s global and local people policies, procedures and processes.
• Manages and contributes to assigned HR development projects.
• Cooperates actively with Caverion’s HR community.
