- Detail backlog items and set clear acceptance criteria;
- Verify and anchor backlog items with relevant stakeholders;
- Make sure backlog items understandable to the team;
- Do regression tests and quality assure delivered functionality;
- Support stakeholders in launch activities;
- Continuously update documentation for the service.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, other relevant;
- Experience in business, process, functionality analysis at least 2 years;
- Experience with testing, training, system maintenance at least 2 years;
- Mastering methods and tools for business analysis and testing;
- Understanding of governance, regulatory screening and change management and internal framework ownership process;
- Ability to create needed network throughout the bank;
- Proficient English, spoken and written.
