ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders from our central warehouse in Tallinn to the customers and partners in the Baltic region on a daily basis
- Daily communication with local shipping service providers
- Handling returns and processing items in our systems
- Refurbishment / reconfiguration of the hardware items (appropriate training will be provided)
- Working on improving the warehouse processes to ensure high quality service level
- Processing incoming inventory and performing regular quality inspections of the items
- Ensure realization of quarterly stock taking procedures
- Supporting regional intercompany operations and establishing efficient warehouse capacity utilization
- Managing all kind of related logistics processes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
- Passion to work in a competitive environment delivering results
- Ability to work with a growth mindset in a fast-paced entrepreneurial company
- Telco and/or Telematics industry knowledge is preferred
- Experience in logistics / warehouse operations is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Estonian and English is a must
- High sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
