- Minimum 3 years of overall recruiting experience; 1-2 years of full-cycle corporate tech recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone and in-person interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to consistently operate with a strong sense of urgency.
- English and Russian language skills
- Proactively source and attract candidates through a variety of channels (as indicated above).
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/ methods to filtercandidates within given timelines.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process.
