YOU FIT THE JOB WITH
- Previous experience within Customer Support/Helpdesk
- Language knowledge: English, Estonian
- High stress tolerance and readiness to work with difficult cases and a wide range of customer groups (Teledyne FLIR partners, end-users, other businesses, governmental entities)
- Computer skills: MS Word/Excel, Outlook, decent typing speed
- Estonian citizenship to meet the requirements of export licenses
- Courtesy and consistency, formal communication skills
- What’s most important- positive attitude and puzzle-solver’s mindset
PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Traffic/Logistics/Global Trade compliance background and/or previous experience
- Any other formal language skills, both written and verbal
- Experiences with SAP system
WHAT YOU SHALL DO
- Daily interaction with Teledyne FLIR partners/end-customers regarding Aftermarket services via dedicated ticketing platform
- Logging in RMA requests to SAP system according to established procedure
- Issuing RMA references to customers, following Compliance rules and procedures
- Taking ownership and ensuring follow-ups as the case evolves (e.g., sending product receipt confirmations, Quotations for repair, tracking details when dispatching the product etc.)
- Aligning activities with our experienced Tech team
- Upon request, supporting other Service operations in EMEA with similar tasks and using unified tools/systems
