Are you passionate about data insights, digital analytics and conversions optimization?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Develop data insights enabling to make decision that improve our digital channels user experience;
- Organize analysts team work around understanding of our customers’ behaviour in digital channels;
- Work together with our digital growth managers by helping them understand the conversion and digital sales aspects of products;
- Be the first-hand partner to sales and marketing in determining digital activities results and monitoring;
- We want to go in depth with analysis and be often proactive instead of reactive.
What is needed in this role:
- University BS/MS degree in Marketing or in a related field;
- Interest in latest trends and best practices in online commerce and measurement;
- Interest in leading people and previous leadership experience is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- A strong power of initiative and a capability to deliver with high quality;
- Comfortable working in a growing and developing environment over the Baltics;
- Fluent English and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
