We’re striving to be 99% autonomous, which means our service needs a bit of human help from time to time, and we’re seeking Field Assistants to work with our onsite operations in Tallinn to oversee and help the friendly sidewalk robots designed to deliver parcels, groceries, and food.
Primary responsibilities
- Supporting specific delivery processes, and loading the robots
- Communicating with the remotely situated robot operator in real-time
- Acting as a public ambassador and representative for Starship
- Maintaining and cleaning robots
We are looking for someone who is
- Excited to be part of something totally new and inspirational
- Responsible, reliable, and calm in all situations
- A quick thinker with the ability to resolve non-standard situations
- Spoken and written communication in English
- Has driver's license and ability to drive a van
- It's a plus if you speak Estonian
