German Customer Care Agent

Employee (m / f / d) customer service in Office-Tallinn / home office

QUALIFICATION:
● Mandatory: You have very good knowledge of German
● Oral and written.
● You appear friendly and positive towards our customers and leave you alone
● Do not disturb your calm in stressful situations due to your high resilience
● Ideally, you already have experience in dealing with online services such as Google, Amazon or eBay.
● You have a feel for customer-friendly email contact (only inbound)
● You focus on the ability to work in a team and commitment
● You have optimal experience in using Google Apps

TASKS:
● You answer customer inquiries about products from our web shop and other market places via chat, email and ticket system

● With your own ideas and experiences, you contribute to the constant optimization of our customer service
