Overall Role Mandate
As the Customer Success Specialist, you will provide a best in-class customer service and resolution to Fleet Complete customers. As the company continues to support our growing customer base, we look to onboard outstanding employees capable of increasing customer loyalty and reducing customer churn. The Customer Success Specialist has exceptional communications skills, a fierce drive to succeed and a genuine passion for helping people. This is an integral role within the company where you act as a conduit between customers and key decision makers internally.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Estonian is required or Trilingual in English, Estonian and Latvian (written and spoken)
- A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a customer service capacity, going above and beyond to ensure the customers’ needs are met
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing customer expectations and de-escalating tense scenarios
- Outstanding follow-up and follow through to ensure customers’ success and a positive outcome
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience supporting Telecommunications or IoT/ Telematics applications
- Experience utilizing a CRM or customer loyalty solution- i.e., experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Your role will encompass the following:
- Become a Fleet Complete Consultant for the customer and manage the customer lifecycle
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer support
- Leverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycle
- Use Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute on ideas to enhance overall customer success
- Resell the value and benefits of the Fleet Complete solution, up-sell/cross-sell services and products to increase customer satisfaction
- Cross functional internal collaboration to advocate for the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders internally and with our channel partners
- Demonstrate an ability to create partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues
- Attain established objectives regarding quality targets, productivity & customer file maintenance within our CRM
