Security Administrator
To support its expansion, Regional Jet is looking for a Security Administrator to support the Manager Security in the Aviation Security department.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Very good level of English, both spoken and written
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite portfolio
- Ability to work individually and in team
- Strong prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and take on extra responsibilities as required
- A clean criminal record is required, a person may go under background check
- Eligible to live and work in the EU
Main tasks
- Process Crew Security ID cards
- Maintain and archive security related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Be the initial contact person for all security related issues
- Assist the Manager Security in ensuring effective risk analysis, threat assessment and response capabilities and monitor any changes in these
- Liaise with internal departments as well as external authorities and law enforcement agencies
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of aviation security program
- Coordinate the participation of company representatives in relevant security committees and security related meetings
- Assist internal departments that may require security guidance
- Provide required security trainings to relevant departments
- Travel to countries on the airline route network
Experience
- Previous experience in aviation security advantageous but not necessary
- Previous experience in administrative work is considered an asset
