Your experience and knowledge
- Higher education or other relevant professional education
- At least 3 years of experience as a human resources manager
- Knowledge of law
- Work environment training
- Very good knowledge of Estonian, Russian, English both orally and in writing. Proficiency in Finnish is beneficial
- Driver's licenses
- Knowledge of the Directo program
- Diplomatic, open communicator, operative, implementer
