Role
This is a full-time position based in Tallinn, Estonia office. This is a hybrid role of IT Operations, Procurement, and Information Security.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, as the Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Information Security aspect of the business in Europe (our UK and Estonia operations). You will manage procurement, IT, application administration, and general business analytics.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience leading the operations function in a SaaS startup or B2B enterprise tech company
- Understanding of IT operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- InfoSec knowledge and experience
Responsibilities
- Information Security lead - lead all InfoSec training, manage company information security policy
- Manage European new hire IT onboarding and IT training
- Help with information security audits
- Administer the protection systems, antivirus, and firewall systems
- Evaluate and act as application admin for internal software applications
- Corporate device management and administration
- System administration (Okta)
- Internal IT Support
- Evaluate, acquire, onboard, and manage European vendors
- Policy updates and creation
- Adhoc projects
- Business operations office management
