Main Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Country Manager Baltics the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with Logitech customers.
Product groups: all products which Logitech provides in Estonia - Mice/Keyboards, Mobile devices, Streaming cams, Wireless Charging, Smart Home, Home Security Cams, Headsets, Speakers, Gaming products, Presentation Remotes.
Main Responsibilities
Among all the other tasks, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Be accountable for the performance of the Key Accounts, achieving assigned targets for profitable
sales volume in Estonia and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned
customer accounts.
- Lead a joint company-strategic sell out based account planning process that develops mutual
performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Develop the business by identifying cross & up- selling opportunity within key channels & customer portfolios
- Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key-Initiatives
- Coordinate and execute Local/Pan, country campaigns with your selected accounts
- Set up a quarterly sales out activity plan as well as an execution plan
- Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and
campaign results
- Set up an efficient weekly forecast process that includes sales out and stock figures and helps to improve our business planning
- Define, manage and control budget per Partner/Account
- Control the relevant ROI (return on investment) and success parameters
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Be a Brand Ambassador
Background and skills requirements
- Relevant sales experience with a preferred focus on selling direct to top Retail partners, e-Commerce partners and/or managing marketplace channel. Knowledge of B2B & SMB channel will be a strong asset.
- Passion for e-Commerce across digital channels, traditional online retailers and social commerce
- Strong collaboration skills and able to work in a dynamic, exciting environment
- Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to build strategic relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of trade marketing tools
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent Estonian and very good English skills
- Self-driven and willing to work on his own
