We are now looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join our team and to collaborate with one of the world’s largest industrial companies. Together with our client we are developing tools for configuring and monitoring frequency converters, which are used in many applications from speed control of AC motors in pumps and fans to line production in food manufacturing. If you are interested in manufacturing industry and would like to apply your developer skills in an impactful project, then this opportunity is for you.
What you will do:
- work collaboratively with your team on developing software for configuring and monitoring frequency converters
- design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable C++ code
- help maintain code quality and organisation
- configure existing and develop new features
- deal with condition monitoring and predictive maintenance
- identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
The tech stack we use in this project: C++, MFC, Qt.
The working language is English, we use Scrum, 2 weeks sprints.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of software development experience
- top-notch practical C++ skills in Windows / Linux environment
- working experience using MFC framework and Qt
- ability to handle full life-cycle of the project from requirements analysis to final implementation and solution rollout
- strong interest in manufacturing industry
- high level of motivation and quick learning ability
- solid analytical and problem solving skills coupled with desire to find the best possible solutions
- fluent English
