Product Owner

Our company is one of the leading iGaming operators and suppliers in the Americas. To further grow our capabilities, we are looking for a Product Owner.

A RSI Product Owner is in charge of identifying how the product can deliver maximum value while growing in a direction aligned with the company strategy. Communicating the product vision and insights to the team and the rest of the stakeholders is key.

Product Owner for Player Account and Session

Your challenge will be to safeguard and increase the security and privacy of our players' accounts and their personal data while increasing the speed and convenience at which they can enjoy the services we offer. It would be useful if, in addition to regular Product Owner skills, you have:



Passion for building awesome products that make the users happy
Understanding of application and data security concepts and solutions
Prior experience with data privacy regulations
Worked closely with business and compliance

What you’ll do:
Work with stakeholders to identify and incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap
Groom and prioritize the backlog
Develop business requirements, product specifications and define acceptance criteria
Set goals for the sprint together with the Engineering Manager
Ensure the stakeholders are aligned with the product roadmap and vice versa
Support the team and address issues during sprints
Analyze preferences and requests of end users
Keep track of industry trends
Work closely with the Engineering Manager to keep the team efficient and focused on the vision
Define and track product success metrics
Make informed decisions based on metrics to carry out product improvements

All about you:
Prior experience and expertise in gaming or other regulated industry
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong analytical mindset and negotiation skills to present your case based on factual information
Desire to build awesome things
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Ability to see things in terms of value and priority
Ability to pay attention to details, while also keeping the bigger picture in mind
Ability to work on several features or project-related topics at the same time
Focus on achieving results in a sustainable manner
