Would you like to become a part of a recently established Swedish team within banking operation services? We are now looking for payment services specialists to handle Finnish or Swedish domestic payment investigations.

About this opportunity
We have recently created a new Swedish speaking team in Tallinn and looking for new Specialists to deliver great experiences to our customers by operating the manual processes related to payment services with high quality and efficiency.
You will be:
Using your Swedish language skills to cope with Swedish documents and systems
Support Swedish payments tasks for customers, branches and contact centres
Learning continuously whilst doing different assignments
Working in a team environment to meet assigned targets

Your experience and background:
Fluent in Swedish language in oral and written communication
Ability to take decision on provided information
You are good at problem solving
Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
