Customer Support Administrator @ OlyBet

You’ll excel in this position if you:

• Beneficial would be previous customer support experience (iGaming experience would be superb)
• Fluent work proficiency in Estonian and English, Russian language is a plus

Your role
Become part of Team OlyBet and be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers by assisting them via chat and email in Estonian, English and Russian.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Respond to customer requests via chat, email and other communication methods in a timely manner according to the company standards
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Identify customer needs and help customers to resolve their issues according to company knowledge and procedures
• Identify the root cause of the problems and search for the best possible solution to please the customer
• Troubleshoot and report product malfunctions
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
