Requirements for candidates

Here at Rush Street Interactive, we are growing at a light-speed pace and are now looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us inhouse and be part of our global People Operations team. As a Technical Recruiter in RSI, you’ll find the best talent to power/fuel the growth of RSI while identifying life-changing career opportunities for people. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our Engineering teams in Europe, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working alongside your colleagues based in other locations.



What you´ll do:

Keep our candidate pipeline full by recruiting, evaluating, matching, submitting, placing, reactivating and retaining great IT candidates
Manage candidates through the end-to-end hiring process, provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates
Conduct thorough screening and interviews with (potential) candidates to assess the ability to be successful in the RSI environment (technical baseline and cultural fit)
Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates
Serve a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through hiring and onboarding
Represent RSI for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc as needed


All about you:



2+ years of working experience as a full-cycle recruiter managing tech roles in high growth, team-oriented environment
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and to juggle several projects with a spirit of flexibility
A proactive approach with the ability to act with a sense of urgency and a competitive mindset
Ability to work with little direction or supervision
Ability to communicate, build rapport and relationships with all levels of the business
Strong detail-orientation with the ability to lead multiple technical requisitions concurrently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Very good organization skills and attention to detail.
