Are you passionate about project management, administrative tasks and supporting management in their daily routines?
With us you have the opportunity to:
- Develop corporate customers service experience across the Baltics;
- Work alongside other project leads and corporate business professionals to improve and streamline operational service routines;
- Represent corporate customers’ servicing segments needs within products and or service development forums in the areas of KYC, Data quality, channels and other;
- Support Corporate segments management team in management of operational routines- arrangement of meetings and agenda, facilitation of workshops, and conduction of memos;
- Act as a single point of entry in collection and review of management reporting and compilation of reports for senior management.
What is needed in this role:
- Proficiency and/or passion in the areas of Corporate banking, KYC, Data quality, Customer service experience development;
- Hands-on experience with cross-team activities management;
- Good analytical skills with a hands-on mentality and creative way of thinking;
- Solution-oriented mindset with direct and clear communication skills;
- Organized way of working to ensure precise and timely collection, and summarization of information and ability to produce explicit reports/presentations;
- Excellent communication and very good English skills both verbal and written.

If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2700-4100 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
