Are you interested in development and strategic management of corporate and private international payment products, maximizing product profitability and customer satisfaction?
With us you have the opportunity to:
- Plan, align and execute international product vision and roadmap;
- Initiate and lead product and process improvement business projects;
- Monitor and ensure product area compliance to EU and local regulations, internal legal, risk, treasury requirements, including drive product risk assessments etc.;
- Cooperate closely with internal customers and stakeholders, represent product area in the organization and external working groups;
- Manage product portfolio and product lifecycle process;
- Follow product profitability: follow costs, analyze, present.
What is needed in this role:
- University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration;
- Deep knowledge and experience in payments area, its key terms and concepts;
- Strategic mind-set and understanding of payment business as whole;
- Market and competitor awareness and customer focus, ability to adapt customer perspective;
- Influencing and negotiation skills - proven ability to lead through others and achieve results without formal authority;
- Strong execution capability - strong initiative, drive and persistence;
- Very good cooperation and networking skills;
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent speaking and written skills in English and Estonian.
