✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Drafting, reviewing and analysing commercial agreements and documents;
• Working closely with the team to close new venture capital investments;
• Drafting joint venture proposals and agreements;
• Giving legal advice to stakeholders, proposing the strategy and identifying risks;
• Liaise between different stakeholders and third parties.

 

✔️ What we expect from you

• BA degree in law;
• Working experience as a lawyer;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Ability to initiate your own work priorities;
• Excellent level of verbal and written English;
• Good work documentation practices along with attention to details;
• Analytical mindset.
