We are looking for an eager and talented Finnish speaking customer service agent to join our new service team in our modern office in Tallinn.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Finnish.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc).
• Flexible work mind set.
• Pro-active and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive and Customer focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work evening and weekends.
Extra plus:
• Previous experience in iGaming or similar customer facing role.
• Swedish or other additional language.
• Higher-level educational diploma.

Job description
Responsibilities
• Ensure a high-level customer service is provided via phone, email and live chat in order to reach the highest customer satisfaction.
• Trouble shooting 1st line support investigations.
• Supporting and working closely with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Daily monitoring and analysing customer accounts.
• Escalation of player cases to relevant internal and external stakeholders as well as reviewing and improving existing customer escalation workflows.
• Translations of promotional material.
• Reporting and providing customer feedback across the organisation.
• Providing pro-active customer engagement to customer via email and live chat.
• Actively participating in trainings and guidance sessions.
