Your influential mission. You..

• Will be managing team’s day-to-day work, prioritizations and escalations
• Will be motivating power for your team and driving them to excellence
• Will be overseeing all team’s roadmap activities, priorities and aligning this with peers
• Will be creating development and training plans for your team members
• Will be continuously striving to improve your teams daily work, used tools and the related operational processes
• Will act (together with the whole team) as a consultant to various product teams on database- and continuity platform’s technologies and capabilities
• Will be the gate keeper, ensuring no compromises in quality, reliability and performance in Playtech production database setups.
• Will have an opportunity to participate in building and driving database- and continuity platform’s strategy and roadmap in Playtech

• Have vast knowledge of the IT domain and experience in datacentre technologies (Servers, Databases, Backup technologies, Storage)
• Have a solid understanding or experience working with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Bring strategic thinking and strong initiative for process improvements
• Succeed in challenging situations by being flexible, reacting quickly and precisely, adapting to the constantly changing business requirements, always thinking two steps ahead
• Keep cool under pressure and stressful situations
• Have experience as a people’s leader
