Head of Intellectual Property

• Biotechnology and gene therapy direction: conducting searches on prior art, searches for patentability, searches for patent purity in RF, EU, China;
• preparation and filing of patent applications;
• keeping records at FIPS and EAPO;
• Support of R&D and pharmaceutical development projects.

• At least 5 years of experience;
• experience in writing applications on antibodies (at least 5 pieces), on genetic constructs (at least 5 pieces), on pharmaceutical compositions (at least 5 pieces);
• extensive experience in handling patent applications with the FIPS and the EAPO;
• experience in patent clearance searches in the Russian Federation and the EU, patentability, and prior art;
• Ownership of PATENTSCOPE, Espacenet, USPTO, EAPATIS, FIPS, Orangebook, NCBI BLAST, TABS and any of the paid patent databases.

• Place of work: remotely (home office) + Skolkovo Technopark;
• Work schedule: 5/2, from 09.30 to 18.00 (on Fridays until 17.30);
