ENLABS stands for Entertainment Laboratories.
- Process payments for our clients, along with any issues that arise from these transactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle 1st line queries for customers on gaming, financial, technical and any applicable issues related to the Payments and Fraud.
- Ensure that fraudulent transactions are spotted early enough to control and minimize Risk to the company.
- Research and find/solve fraud cases involving, but not limited to Credit card fraud, Bank fraud, Identity theft and Phishing.
- Work to enhance the client experience on our sites.
- Support Customer Support agents in payments related queries.
- Work together with the Payments team to solve problems regarding customer's questions.
- Working knowledge of Customer Support and valuing the customer experience.
- Strong attention to details with consistence accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to follow stringent processes and regulations.
- Ability to think analytically and make accurate decisions.
- Basic Casino, Poker and Sports knowledge of any kind and a background in Igaming or similar sort of previous role would be considered an asset, but not essential.
- Must be able to work in within a team environment.
- Strong proficiency working with web browsers and web based tools.
