Responsibilities

• Maintain good-natured, cooperative relationships with the news media;
• Respond to information requests from the media locally;
• Support with creation and localization of all creative campaign materials;
• Assisting in Development and execution of local social media strategy;
• Marketing campaigns execution and monitoring;
• Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives;
• Assisting in Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends;
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for local marketing campaigns;
• Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in marketing communication field;
• Experience of working in PR agency would be an advantage;
• Applicable knowledge in PR data analytics and tools;
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing;
• Content writing skills;
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Native Estonian speaker (Fluency in Russian language would be an advantage);
