As the Finnish Speaking KYC Onboarding Officer, you will be part of ensuring that KYC Services Finland provides excellent customer service to our new houshold clients, while at the same time conducting high quality risk analysis and takeing necessary mitigating actions.

What you will be doing:

Onboard new household customers, open services and accept/check necessary documentation.
Establish customer profiles in accordance with KYC requirements
Evaluate customer risk level and assign proper AML risk classification to customers
Escalate suspicious cases

You will join a unit of dedicated professionals with a passion to prevent financial crime. The role is based in Tallinn.

Your experience and background:

You are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
Experience in Customer Service / Know Your Customer (KYC) / Financial Crime / Anti Money Laundering (AML) area, preferably in a financial institution, is an advantage
You have excellent communication skills and providing good customer experience is your passion
You are comfortable with problem solving and analytical thinking, and quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes with optimism
